Thank you Bernie.  I appreciate all of your guidance and help through the process.  It wasn't all easy but I'm glad that Matt is taking over.  He is fitting in well and the patients seem to be accepting him.  Thanks again.

After trying other brokers and trying to sell my practice myself I was beginning to double that I would be able to retire.  Dr. Bacon and NPT found the perfect fit and my practice sold.  Thanks NPT.
