Michael Schear

The duo of Michael ("Mike") Schear and Robert (“Bob”) Kirschner service the five Boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and The Bronx, as well as Long Island. 

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Brooklyn College and has a long history in sales, marketing and leadership. 

Michael’s work experience includes being a sales executive from 1986 until he opened his own business in 2000, which he ran for 18 years. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of business, and maintains strong interpersonal skills which allowed him to cultivate and foster his deep professional relationships. Michael has a true focus and passion for identifying his client needs and his determination has led to his successful partnerships throughout his 30+ years in sales. 

Michael is the proud father of three daughters and currently resides in Plainview, New York. He is an ardent fan of all New York sports teams, enjoys playing with his dog Louie, and relaxing days in a warm climate with some sun.
